16–18 BTEC Study Programme

Bolton Wanderers in the Community’s Football Education Programme provides post 16 educational pathways for young people across Bolton.

BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport Coaching and Development

Entry Requirements:

Four GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above.

Must include Maths OR English.

BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Coaching and Development

Entry Requirements:

Five GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above.

Must include Maths and English at Grade 5 or above.

Where will you study?

We are situated at BWFC 1st Team training facility the Eddie Davies Training Ground.

Education will be based within 2 dedicated classrooms at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

Access to resources needed to complete the course such as gym access through Bolton Arena and training pitches
