The Elite Development Squad Programme is an “invitation-only” provision, where players mirror our Academy Scholars by completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and training at the Eddie Davies Academy 3 times a week, whilst also competing in the National Youth Football League. This programme is delivered FA/UEFA Qualified Coaches who work within our Academy. The aim of this programme is to provide players with high-quality and engaging coaching to develop their footballing abilities, whilst those who excel may receive the opportunity to train/trial with our Academy in a view to progressing into Academy Football.
