Holiday football is back at Bolton Wanderers!
Our Holiday Camps cater for all children no matter their ability or gender. Players will be placed in age appropriate groups alongside players of similar abilities. You will be training in a fun, safe and engaging environment with FA & UEFA Qualified coaches.
Location: Bolton Arena, Arena Approach, Horwich, BL6 6LB
Enter through the main entrance to reception.
Time: 10:00am-3:00pm (9:00am if you book an early drop off)
Dates: Monday 28th October - Friday 1st November 2024.
Ages: 8 - 13 years old
Clothing/Equipment: Participants should be in football kit/similar comfortable sporty clothing, goalkeeping gloves, shin pads if possible and trainers. No metal studs or blades are allowed. They will be outdoor sessions so bear this in mind when choosing appropriate clothing items.
Food will not be provided and we ask that children bring their own pack lunches. As well, we do not allow food containing nuts due to the high-risk associated with allergies.
Children may be outside in all weathers so please bring them prepared with the appropriate clothing and water bottle(s).
Cancellation: In severe weather conditions we may be forced to cancel sessions at short notice. If a session is cancelled it will be communicated through email primarily and at times alongside our X account @OfficialBWITC.
Data Protection/Safeguarding:
The information that you have provided will be stored securely both manually and electronically and inputted into Bolton Wanderers in the Community’s encrypted monitoring and evaluation software ‘PLCF Salesforce’. The information you have provided will be used for the following purposes: to produce registers, for monitoring and evaluation purposes, in order to safeguard participants, for parental/guardian contact in care of an emergency, and to inform of any cancellations or changes to sessions.

Photo/Video Consent
If you select “YES” to the Photo/Video Consent within this form, the following will apply: From time to time staff, photographers and/or other participants will take photos/videos during our sessions. These images may be used in a variety of ways to help evaluate and promote the work of Bolton Wanderers in the Community. Images may be used in funding reports and bids, on displays within facilities, for publicity and promotions including leaflets or flyers, and/or on positive news stories across our social media channels. Photographs and videos may be shared with partners such as the EFL, FA and Premier League.
First Aid Consent
If you select “YES” to the First Aid Consent within this form, the following will apply: In the event of illness or an accident requiring hospital treatment, I consent to Bolton Wanderers in the Community Staff applying or seeking medical attention (including anaesthetic and blood transfusion) and acting on my behalf and in my best interests if they are unable to make contact with parents/guardians.
Change of Venue Consent
If you select “YES” to the Change of Venue Consent within this form, the following will apply: Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, a change of venue might occur which means your child will be transported to a more suitable venue accompanied by a member of staff.
Community Events
If you select "YES" to the Community Events within this form, the following with apply: Your email or phone number may be contactable for upcoming events and sessions being ran by Wanderers Sport in the Community.
